About Deborah Weiss

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

As a graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, I received this degree as a part-time student while raising two children.  In 2002 I purchased four "Curves for Women" franchises and successfully had them running at a profit within eight months. After selling them all by 2005, I obtained my Real Estate license and began purchasing homes for renovation and resale.  As a licensed general contractor in the State of New Jersey I am able to bring in depth home construction knowledge to my clients with respect to anticipated repairs and realistic home values. In 2008, however I began focusing on Short Sales due to the recent changes in market conditions.  I obtained my certification through the National Association of Realtors and received the SFR designation;  aka "Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource". In June 2010 I obtained my Brokers License and in July 2010 became a title producer.

In my spare time, aside from raising two daughters I donate my time as event coordinator for various charities.  My last project was the "Feal Good Charity Ball", held at Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck, NJ which benefited the responders of September 11th.  As Board Member of the Northern Chamber of Commerce, I am in charge of Major Events and just completed our Holiday Gala at Jacques in Middletown.

I believe my educational background, coupled with my hands-on experience and above all sense of charity make me an educated and compassionate person with whom you can rely on to handle all your Real Estate needs.
