It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for our realtor, Deborah Weiss.  From start to finish, she did a fantastic job of listing, showing, and selling our home in a quick and efficient manner.  Debbie was enthusiastic about the sale, a welcome trait in today’s tough housing market.  I knew from the first day I spoke to Debbie on the phone that she truly does have the client’s best interest in mind at all times.  Although she completed a business transaction for my husband and me, I feel like I can trust as I would a friend.

Debbie was extremely knowledgeable about the short sale process, and guided us appropriately at every turn.  I was initially apprehensive of the entire situation, but felt reassured when Debbie discussed her prior experience and knowledge of how the banks worked.  Debbie helped us find a great attorney to work with, who also knew what and when to get things done to complete our transaction in a timely manner.

I trust Debbie’s judgment more so than probably any other business person I have ever worked with.  I have complete confidence in her professional abilities, and I would not hesitate at all to hire her as my realtor again.  In fact, I hope that in a few years, she will guide me through the purchase of my own home, perhaps via a short sale.

I would like to Thank Deborah Weiss for the work it took to do a Short Sale on my Keansburg, N.J. Property. Both of us would recommend her highly as a Short Sale Specialist and a friend through the entire process.
